چکیده

Abstract Background The deubiquitinase (DUB) family constitutes a group of proteases that regulate the stability or reverse ubiquitination many proteins in cell. These enzymes participate cell-cycle regulation, cell division and differentiation, diverse physiological activities such as DNA damage repair, growth development, response to stress. However, limited information is available on this genes woody plants . Results In present study, 88 DUB were identified model plant Populus trichocarpa, comprising 44 PtrUBP , 3 PtrUCH 23 PtrOTU 4 PtrMJD 14 PtrJAMM with similar domains. According phylogenetic analysis, classified into 16 groups, two, eight, seven. Members same subfamily had gene structure motif distribution characteristics. Synteny analysis from P. thrchocarpa four other species provided insight evolutionary traits genes. Expression profiles derived previously published transcriptome data revealed distinct expression patterns various tissues. On basis results promoter cis -regulatory elements, we selected representative treatment abscisic acid, methyl jasmonate, salicylic acid applied foliar spray. majority upregulated phytohormone treatments, which implied play potential roles abiotic stress Conclusions study broaden our understanding plants. Analysis structure, conserved provides solid foundation for exploration their specific functions elucidate role response.

Genome-Wide Identification, Classification, and Expression Analysis of 14-3-3 Gene Family in Populus

BACKGROUND In plants, 14-3-3 proteins are encoded by a large multigene family and are involved in signaling pathways to regulate plant development and protection from stress. Although twelve Populus 14-3-3s were identified based on the Populus trichocarpa genome V1.1 in a previous study, no systematic analysis including genome organization, gene structure, duplication relationship, evolutionary...

Genome-wide identification and expression profile analysis of CCH gene family in Populus

Copper plays key roles in plant physiological activities. To maintain copper cellular homeostasis, copper chaperones have important functions in binding and transporting copper to target proteins. Detailed characterization and function analysis of a copper chaperone, CCH, is presently limited to Arabidopsis. This study reports the identification of 21 genes encoding putative CCH proteins in Pop...

A survey of Populus PIN-FORMED family genes reveals their diversified expression patterns.

The plant hormone auxin is a key regulator of plant development, and its uneven distribution maintained by polar intercellular auxin transport in plant tissues can trigger a wide range of developmental processes. Although the roles of PIN-FORMED (PIN) proteins in intercellular auxin flow have been extensively characterized in Arabidopsis, their roles in woody plants remain unclear. Here, a comp...

Genome-wide identification and characterization of the Populus WRKY transcription factor family and analysis of their expression in response to biotic and abiotic stresses

WRKY proteins are a large family of regulators involved in various developmental and physiological processes, especially in coping with diverse biotic and abiotic stresses. In this study, 100 putative PtrWRKY genes encoded the proteins contained in the complete WRKY domain in Populus. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the members of this superfamily among poplar, Arabidopsis, and other specie...
